Wat ga je doen?
As an Operator Packing, you will help the company process no less than thousands of kilos of potatoes, parsnips, beetroot and sweet potato into crisps! You start your working day by taking over the shift. Here, your colleague will discuss the state of affairs and any particulars with you. Then you start the machines/packing line, set it up, check everything and make adjustments where necessary. You solve minor malfunctions independently. At the end of your working day, you hand over the shift again neatly.
You also coordinate the work of the production line. You process orders on schedule and instruct the production employees. You are also involved in various consultations and improvement projects to make the production process run even better.
Finally, you process the measured values and report them to the production manager. Naturally, you ensure that all work is carried out according to the quality, hygiene and safety guidelines.
Wat vragen wij?
- You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- You are result-oriented, eager to learn and work well with your team.
- You are careful and accurate when setting up the machines.
- You are enthusiastic, take initiative and are proud of the product you work with.
- You speak and write good Dutch or English.

You will be working at a fast-growing chip producer in Emmeloord. The company invents and makes (h)honest, unique and trendy chips. Potatoes, beetroot, carrots and parsnips are grown in the large polder area, so there are many local ingredients in the crisps!
The company is known for its informal atmosphere and gives its employees plenty of room for their own input and ideas.
Extra informatie
You will work two shifts from Monday to Friday. One week you will work from 07:00 - 15:00, the other week from 15:00 - 23:00.

Contract
En dan is het tijd om je contract te tekenen, gefeliciteerd! Je krijgt van ons natuurlijk nog alle nodige informatie voordat je start.
