How long does it take before I can start working after registering?
After registering, we help you get started as quickly as possible. Sometimes, this can be as soon as the next day!
How can I cancel my registration?
If you want to cancel your registration, it's best to contact our consultants.
Applying
How can I apply for a job opening?
Have you found an interesting job opening? Applying is easy and takes just 1 minute! Click the "Apply now" button, fill in your details, and submit your application. We will then contact you within 1 business day.
How can I upload my resume?
You don't always need to send a resume with your application. However, sometimes it can be useful! You can add your resume from your PC, laptop, or phone. Click "Choose File" in the application form and select your resume. That's it!
How do you keep me informed about my application?
If you have applied online or made an open registration, we will contact you by phone within 1 business day. We would then like to schedule an intake meeting to get acquainted and discuss the next steps.
How can I prepare for a job interview?
A job interview can be quite nerve-wracking. Good preparation is half the battle! In this article, you will find some tips on how to prepare as well as possible for the interview.

How can I cancel my registration?

Do you offer jobs with accommodation?
No, we do not offer jobs with accommodation.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with my temp job?
We do our best to match you with a job and employer that fit you well. However, if you're not satisfied, please inform your FlexWerk contact person, and we'll be happy to assist you further.
Do you also provide support in finding a job?

Salary
When will my salary be paid?
You will receive your salary monthly. The payment calendar lists all the dates when you will receive your salary and specifies the exact period it covers.
Do I receive vacation pay?
Absolutely! You are entitled to an 8.33% vacation allowance. This is paid on top of your salary and is disbursed monthly. You can see how much vacation pay you received that month on your payslip. All information about vacation pay can be found in the collective labor agreement for temporary workers.

Do I get paid on public holidays?
If the public holiday falls on a day you normally work, you will be paid. If it's not clearly stated in the agreement or if you don't have fixed working days, you will be paid if:
- You worked at least seven times on the day the public holiday falls in the thirteen weeks before the holiday.
- You haven't worked for thirteen consecutive weeks yet but worked more than half of the weeks on the day the public holiday falls.

Do I build up a pension as a flex worker?
Yes! You start building a pension from your first working day under the Basic Plan. The pension plan is managed by the Stichting Pensioenfonds voor Personeelsdiensten (StiPP). Visit stippensioen.nl/ for all information about your pension.
What is wage tax credit, and am I eligible for it?
Wage tax credit is a discount on taxes, meaning you pay less tax on your gross wages. This results in a higher net income.
You can only apply for wage tax credit with one employer. At FlexWerk, you automatically receive wage tax credit when you sign your contract, so you don't need to do anything. If you work elsewhere or have both a job and benefits, only apply for the tax credit with the employer where you will earn the most.

Where can I find my payslips?
You can find your payslips on tigris.nmbrs.nl. Log in with your email address and password. You can also download the Nmbrs app from the App store or Google play store.
My salary is incorrect; what should I do?
You receive monthly payment for the hours worked during a specific period. The pay calendar lists the exact periods. If your salary does not match the hours worked for a period, inform your FlexWerk contact person, and we'll be happy to assist you.
How can I view or receive my annual statement?
You can find your annual statements on tigris.nmbrs.nl. Log in with your email address and password. You can also download the Nmbrs app from the App store or Google play store.
- Go to "payslips by period."
- Press the "more" button. Here you will see the years you have been employed.
- Click on the year you want to view the annual statement for. You will now see a list of payslips and the annual statement for that year.
Which collective labor agreement applies to me?
Flex workers fall under the NBBU collective labor agreement for temporary workers.

Am I entitled to a travel allowance?
This depends on the organization hiring flex workers. If their permanent employees receive a travel allowance, you are also entitled to one as a flex worker.
You can receive a maximum of €0.21 per km or the cost of public transport reimbursed.

Hours
What should I do if I'm sick?
If you are sick, you must report this to FlexWerk by phone. Call 088 506 46 40. You can leave a voicemail before 8:00 AM and after 5:00 PM, and we will call you back.

How can I request leave?
You can easily request leave via the Flux app.
- Tap "Leave" at the bottom of the app.
- You will see an overview of your leave requests. Tap the purple circle with the plus icon in the bottom right to request new leave.
Requesting full day(s) of leave
- Tap "From" to select a start date. You will see a calendar. Use the arrows to the left or right to move back or forward a month.
- Tap "Until" to select an end date.
Note: Enter the date you will return to work. - Choose the leave type and tap the purple "Submit Leave" button at the bottom to complete your request.
Requesting partial day(s) of leave
- Tap the green circle next to "All day" at the top. The circle will turn gray.
- Tap "From" to select a start date. You will see a calendar. Use the arrows to the left or right to move back or forward a month.
- Then tap "Time" and enter the start time of your leave.
- Tap "Until" to select an end date and repeat the above steps.
Note: Enter the date/time you will no longer be available. - Choose the leave type and tap the purple "Submit Leave" button at the bottom to complete your request.
Where can I see the status of my leave request?
You can view the status of your leave request in the Flux app.
- Tap "Leave" at the bottom of the app.
- You will see an overview of your leave requests. Behind each request is an icon:

Do I get paid during my vacation?
For each month you work full-time, you accumulate 16.66 leave hours. The number of leave hours is proportional to the number of hours worked. The less you work, the fewer leave hours you accumulate.
If you have enough leave hours, you will be paid during your vacation. If your hours are used up, you can still request a vacation, but you will not be paid.
You can find your accumulated leave hours on your payslip.
Where can I find my worked hours?
You can easily find your worked hours in the Flux app.
- Tap "Hours" at the bottom of the app.
- The current week will automatically appear. Tap the arrows at the top to select the week you want to view the worked hours for. You will then see an overview of the worked hours per job and location.
- At the top, under "Worked" or "Off," you will see the hours for the selected job and location. In light gray under "All locations," you will see the total hours for that week.
- Tap the "Location" line to switch locations. If you have multiple jobs, tap the "Job" line to switch jobs.
How can I submit or change my availability?
You initially discuss your availability with your FlexWerk contact person. This will then be registered in the Flux app.
Want to add or change availability? You can do this through the Flux app.
- Tap "Schedule" at the bottom of the app.
- Tap "Availability" at the top. You will now see your availability for the current week.
- Tap the purple circle with the plus icon in the bottom right to add availability.
- Tap "From" to select a start date. You will see a calendar. Use the arrows to the left or right to move back or forward a month.
- Then tap "Time" and enter the start time for your additional availability.
- Tap "Until" to select an end date and repeat the above steps.
Note: Enter the date/time when you will no longer be available.
App
How can I log in to the app?
Logging in for the first time
Before you can use the app, you need an account. Your consultant will create an account for you, and you only need to activate it. You will receive an email from Nedap Flux to do this.
- Click the "Activate account" button in the email.
Note: the link is valid for 72 hours. - Choose a password and click "Save Password."
- Read the terms and conditions and click "Accept & Continue."
- Select which cookies you want to set and click "Save."
- Your account is now active, and you can use the app.
- Click "Log In" on the app's start screen. You will be automatically redirected to a login screen.
- Enter your email address and click "Continue."
- Enter the password you chose when activating your account and click "Log In." If the login is successful, you will automatically be redirected back to the app.

- Click "Log In" on the app's start screen. You will be automatically redirected to a login screen.
- Enter your email address and click "Continue."
- Enter the password you chose when activating your account and click "Log In." If the login is successful, you will automatically be redirected back to the app.
How does the FlexWerk app work?
All our flex workers use the Flux app. You can find all the information about using the app in the manual.
