What rights and obligations does FlexWerk fulfill for its flex workers?
All employer obligations are handled by FlexWerk. For example, we take care of the personnel and payroll administration, and we cover the employer's share of social contributions and insurance.
What certifications and accreditations does FlexWerk have?
NBBU
The NBBU is the industry association for professional intermediaries in the labor market. The organization represents the interests of service providers in the flexible staffing sector. As a member of the NBBU, FlexWerk stands for quality and reliability.
SNA
The SNA (Stichting Normering Arbeid) certification is the quality mark for all companies that provide labor services. Companies with the SNA certification are assessed on their labor obligations, including the proper administration and retention of documents. As an SNA-certified organization, FlexWerk is periodically audited for compliance with its obligations, reducing the risk for the hirer and contractor.
NEN 4400-1
The NEN 4400-1 standard sets requirements for the assessment and evaluation of companies based in the Netherlands that provide labor or act as (sub)contractors. This ensures that these companies are structured in a way that meets labor obligations.
