How soon can I expect new staff after submitting my vacancy?

As soon as the collaboration starts, FlexWerk gets to work very quickly to supply the right flex workers. We have a large, permanent pool of flex workers who can start immediately for most executive positions. Is it a specialist job? Then we immediately start an active search in and outside our own network. 

What rights and obligations does FlexWerk fulfil for its flex workers?

All employer obligations lie with FlexWerk. For example, we take care of personnel and payroll administration and handle the employer's share of social security payments and insurance. 

What quality marks and certifications does FlexWerk have?

NBBU
NBBU is the trade association of professional intermediaries in the labour market. The organisation represents the interests of service providers in the flex industry. As a member of the NBBU, FlexWerk stands for quality and security.  

SNA
The SNA hallmark (Stichting Normering Arbeid) is the hallmark for all companies that provide labour. Companies with an SNA quality mark are assessed on their obligations from labour, including the administration and storage of the correct documents. As an SNA-labelled organisation, FlexWerk is periodically checked on our obligations, reducing the risk for the hirer and outsourcer of work. 

NEN 4400-1
The NEN 4400-1 standard contains requirements for testing and assessing companies established in the Netherlands that supply workers and (sub)contractors in order to establish that they are set up in such a way that labour obligations are met.

Under which collective agreement do flex workers work?

The NBBU collective labour agreement for temporary workers applies to all flex workers.

What does it cost to hire staff through FlexWerk?
