Wat ga je doen?
As an operator you are responsible for the entire production line. you are also responsible for that everyone on the production line knows what to do. You also take care of the machines. You are responsible for building, operating, (possibly) converting and cleaning the machines on your line. In this position you are responsible for the quality and achievement of the set goals.
Wat vragen wij?
- You need to speak and understand English.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Solving minor errors independently.
- Checking the safety and quality of products, packaging and labelling.
- Realization of the planning provided by the company office.
- Improving the result in a qualitative and quantitative sense.
- Starting up, converting and converting the line.
- Planning and organizing.
- You are able to make independent decisions;
- You can switch gears well and deal with dynamics.

Extra informatie
We work 38 hours a week. As an teamleader you work in two different shifts. Between 6 a.m. and midnight. We work from Monday to Saturday. We make sure you receive your schedule a month in advance, so you will know which 5 days you are planned.

Soms volgt er nog een tweede gesprek bij de opdrachtgever op locatie. Je krijgt dan vaak direct een rondleiding, zodat je precies weet waar je komt te werken.
Contract
En dan is het tijd om je contract te tekenen, gefeliciteerd! Je krijgt van ons natuurlijk nog alle nodige informatie voordat je start.
