About the function
As an inside sales representative, you will support the sales managers. You are the first point of contact for customers and maintain contact with relations. Maintaining and expanding sales are central to this contact. You have written and telephone contact in Dutch and English, so it is important that you have a good command of both languages.
You also prepare and work out various types of visits. These include visits by the sales manager to a client, visits by a client to the ‘TasteLab’ and visits to and participation in trade fairs. You work out and follow up on projects by, for example, collecting product samples, specifications and prices. You also collect and organise important data for management.
Finally, you ensure that internal stocks are always kept up to date and the office looks spick and span and organised. Of course, you will not be thrown in at the deep end straight away! You will first be trained extensively and your colleagues are always ready to share their knowledge and answer your questions.
What we need
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level.
- You have experience with customer contact and project administration.
- You are commercially-minded, service-oriented and customer-friendly.
- You work accurately, keep an overview and are good at setting priorities.
- You are flexible and can work independently as well as in a team.
- You speak and write good Dutch and English.
- Do you also speak German? That is a big plus!
About the company
You will be working at a developer and producer of food ingredients in Eemnes. This unique family business invents and produces, for example, tasty toppings on ice creams, filling for biscuits, flavours for chocolate and more. A real flavour maker, in other words! No matter which supermarket you visit, you will always see a product they have contributed to.
The team - a real mix of twentysomethings to fiftysomethings - is a close-knit club and well-matched. The atmosphere is so good that some colleagues have been working there for more than 20 years! Everyone contributes to the process and that pride is gladly shared. The culture is professional, serious and punctual, but there is also a lot of laughter.
Additional information
You will work 40 hours a week on working days between 08:00 and 17:00.
